Guidelines

Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to your appointment will not be charged a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your service, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service cost. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may need to reschedule and you will also be charged 100% of your service. Being late can affect your service and its outcome. If you're running late, please contact me as soon as possible so we can decide the best course of action. This policy is in place out of courtesy for my time and schedule and to ensure I stay on track with my schedule. I completely understand that life happens so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment. If the card fails, all outstanding charges must be paid before booking a new appointment. 


We understand that things can come up. If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your service may be shortened to stay on schedule for other clients. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment. In this case, you will be charged 100% of your service. Please reach out as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your service. If you're not happy, please reach out within 72 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to fix the issue at no additional cost. After 72 hours, if you still wish to make adjustments, you will need to book a new appointment.

✨Scheduling Update ✨

Hi everyone! I’ll be taking a short break starting September 27th as we welcome our new baby. I’ll be back October 27th with limited availability and a reduced service menu through November. During this time, I’ll be offering lash lifts and tints, brow services, and select waxing (Brazilians, underarms, lip & chin, nose, back, chest, and stomach). My full service menu and schedule will resume December 1st. Thank you for your continued support during this special time!
