Sweet Pea Esthetics is located in Reunion in Commerce City, CO.
Currently, we do not accept walk-ins as each appointment requires time for preparation and focus on individual needs. To ensure we can provide you with the best service, please book an appointment in advance by going to services and selecting the treatment you would like to schedule. Alternatively, feel free to contact us directly to reserve your spot!
We do offer appointments on Saturdays and after regular business hours. To book an appointment for these times, please email us directly, and we’ll be happy to assist you in finding a time that works for you!
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. If the card on file declines or a deposit was not paid beforehand, all outstanding charges must be settled in full before scheduling a new appointment.
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and help ensure that time is reserved specifically for you. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and reduce the risk of no-shows. The deposit will be applied toward your service cost, and if you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to ensure a refund.
We understand that things can come up. If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your service may be shortened to stay on schedule for other clients. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment. In this case, your deposit will be non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Please reach out as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your service. If you're not happy, please reach out within 72 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to fix the issue at no additional cost. After 72 hours, if you still wish to make adjustments, you will need to book a new appointment.
